Where We Ship

DesiDrape currently ships within the United States. Orders must include a valid U.S. shipping address at checkout.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is a flat $9.99. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping before taxes.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or if we need to confirm an order detail.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after the order is handed to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Tracking And Address Changes

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@desidrape.ai. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been prepared or shipped.
