Returns

Return Window
To request a return, email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@desidrape.ai. Please include your order email, item name, and reason for the return.
Eligible Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, fragrance-free, and returned with any tags, packaging, blouse pieces, dupattas, accessories, or included components.
Final Sale Items
Jewelry, customized or altered pieces, marked final-sale items, and items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds And Exchanges
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary. Exchanges depend on available inventory.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and order details so we can review it quickly.
